True Thera Shop operates as an online retailer. Products are fulfilled directly from our suppliers and brand partners. Orders are shipped from our supplier or brand partner locations to your delivery address within the contiguous United States.

2. Shipping Destinations

Contiguous United States (48 states)

• We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states).
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

• Orders over $100: Free shipping (shown at checkout)
• Orders $100 or less: $60 shipping fee (shown at checkout)

All shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us. Local taxes at checkout still apply when required by law.

4. Order Cutoff, Handling, and Delivery Time

• Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)
• Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Transit time: 2 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 9 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If an item needs extra time (for example, large or freight items), the product page will show a note. That note will override the general timing above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders ship via trusted carriers. We may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, or similar services based on destination and package size.

Shipment tracking

Marked delivered but not received

• Confirm your shipping address on the order confirmation.
• Check with neighbors or building management.
• Contact the carrier with the tracking number (if available).
• Contact us so we can assist with a trace where applicable.

Damaged packages

• Photograph the packaging and the item.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@truetherashop.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include sending the missing item or issuing a refund.

• Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping and return labels
• Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected/approved

10. Address Accuracy

Please enter your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.

If a package returns to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and applicable reship fees (if any).
