True Thera Shop operates as an online retailer. Products are fulfilled directly from our suppliers and brand partners. Product information, including descriptions and specifications, is sourced from manufacturers and suppliers. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states — excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability or inventory constraints.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Region

We ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery, or international destinations at this time.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over $100. For orders of $100 or less, a $60 shipping fee applies (as shown at checkout).

5.3 Shipping Timeframes

• Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)
• Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Transit time: 2 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Estimated total delivery time: 3 to 9 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

Informal Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. Customers can contact our support team at info@truetherashop.com within 30 days of the issue arising.

Mediation and Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the United States, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

Customers agree that any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible or seek injunctive relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
